A rundown on our pricing

Hourly Rate
Under an hourly rate we will come to the property and start the job. We will not need to price up the job before hand (but we can give you an idea of how long the job will take) at the end of the job we will give you an invoice. Going to wholesalers etc will be chargeable in my hourly rate.

Fixed Price
We can check what the job is, sometimes this can be done over the phone, other times we will need to come to your property to check out the job.
We then do the job and it will be that same price
